For Social Media Management packages, yes — clients are responsible for providing content. However, we offer professional photography and videography services as add-ons or standalone services to help you create that content if needed.
We currently manage Instagram, Facebook (including Marketplace), TikTok, and YouTube. Each platform receives tailored formatting and optimization based on current best practices for that platform.
All on-site content creation services are limited to the Chicagoland area. If you’re just outside the city, reach out — we’re happy to review and approve nearby locations on a case-by-case basis.
Absolutely. Content Creation and Event Coverage can be booked as standalone services or added to your ongoing social media management plan. We’re flexible and build around your needs.
